We cannot promise to have all submissions up immediately etc. This will be based on the numbers of share pieces that come in. We will try our best though, to use as much as we can. If we get similar recipes, for example, we may have to pick the first one that we receive. Our appologies, if we do not have room to give all of you space, but we will try our best.

Recipe: Noodles Romanoff – by Naomi Kreutzberger (now residing in Heaven) 

 

Ingredients
6 oz. noodles
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
Dash of Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup grated cheese
Spaghetti sauce (optional)
  Directions
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Drain noodles and gently mix in sour cream and cottage cheese.
Season with onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
Mix gently and place in greased 2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
If desired, spaghetti sauce may be poured over noodles just before serving.
